President/CEO
Adrian brings depth of knowledge and hands-on field experience to the team with over 20 years of Filtration industry experience, leading with a vision of improved air for all. As a Certified Air Filtration Specialist (CAFS) and graduate of the University of Southern California, he builds knowledge through extensive field work and involvement in NAFA, ASHRAE, and other industry organizations to bring the best of market solutions to our users.
Karen R. Lopez, CAFS
Sales Manager
Karen brings 18 years of company experience to the team. Well known by customers and employees, she maintains deep involvement with day-to-day operations and prioritizes customer success. Armed as a Certified Air Filtration Specialist (CAFS), Karen provides in-depth filter and industry knowledge.
Outside of work, she enjoys baking and spending time with family.
Kimberly Moran
Corporate Recruiter
Kim's years of recruiting experience make her skilled in hiring for a variety of different positions. She has a passion for finding talent and ensures smooth on-boarding for all new employees. Prioritizing a positive company culture and best talent acquisition, Kim skillfully implements team-building.
When she's not working, she likes to cook recipes found on social media, spend time with loved ones, and watch movies.

Jorge is someone who truly cares about his customers and works diligently to make them happy. He loves his family and enjoys working out. He's a self motivator that believes nothing is given to you, nobody owes you anything, but you can have anything if you work hard for it.

North West Division Manager
Scott brings over 20 years of experience in the Air Filter Industry to Florence Filter NW having worked in sales, distribution, and manufacturing. He continues to advance his knowledge base with participation in NAFA, ASHRAE, and other industry driven organizations. He prides himself in conducting classes and workshops for others interested in learning more about the cutting edge of the filtration industry. His interests include online gaming, puzzles, gardening and spending time with his three children.

Hospital Specialist
Austin brings three years of sales experience working with Hospitals and Healthcare facilities to Florence Filter. He's focused on providing top tier customer service and win-win Filtration solutions for his clients.
In his free time, you can find him camping in the wilderness with his two dogs or at Dodger Stadium cheering on his favorite team.
